Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) invites sealed bids on a lump sum contract basis from registered firms, companies, and sole proprietors for the procurement, installation, commissioning, earthing, and padding of Generators (30 KVA) for its regional offices located in Bahawalpur and Sargodha. Items being procured: - Generators (30 KVA) Qty 02 The scope includes complete installation and commissioning along with earthing and padding to ensure operational safety and efficiency. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax and must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement system. The bidding process follows the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 under a Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure. Earnest money in the form of 2% bid security amounting to Rs. 250,000/- must be submitted. Bids are to be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement system by 11:00 AM on October 27th, 2026. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day at the Punjab Education Foundation office, 302-H/3, Johar Town, Lahore.
