Procurement and Installation of Earthing at Different Areas on Turnkey Basis at University of Swat

The University of Swat invites bids through the EPADS e-procurement portal for the procurement and installation of earthing at different areas on a turnkey basis. Earnest Money of 2% of the bid amount in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from a scheduled bank is required. A non-refundable tender processing fee of Rs. 4,000/- must be deposited online into the Treasurer's account at National Bank of Pakistan, Main Branch Saidu Sharif Swat. Hard copies of the CDR and tender fee receipts must be submitted before the closing time. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS before 10:30 AM on Thursday, September 10, 2026. Late submissions will not be entertained. Bid opening will take place the same day at 11:00 AM in the Committee Room, Administration Block, University of Swat, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Firms must have completed at least two relevant projects in government, semi-government, or autonomous organizations. Incomplete, conditional, or late bids will be rejected.
