Tender Description
The Public Health Engineering Division Orakzai is inviting electronic bids through E-PADS for a series of AOM&R (Annual Operation, Maintenance & Repair) civil and electrical/mechanical works in Ghijlo and Kalaya, District Orakzai. This opportunity is open to eligible firms and contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and field of specialization, and also enlisted with Provincial Works Departments. Bidders must have active registration with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) and meet all technical, financial, and equipment requirements as outlined in the bidding documents.

- AOM&R Civil Work at Ghijlo District Orakzai (Estimated Cost: Rs. 5.00 Million)
- AOM&R Civil Work at Kalaya District Orakzai (Estimated Cost: Rs. 8.00 Million)
- AOM&R Electrical/Mechanical Ghijlo District Orakzai (Estimated Cost: Rs. 5.00 Million)
- AOM&R Electrical/Mechanical Kalaya District Orakzai (Estimated Cost: Rs. 6.00 Million)
The technical scope covers both civil and electrical/mechanical maintenance and repair works for water supply schemes in the specified areas. Bidders must ensure they have the required operational workshop within District/Hangu for mechanical works and provide an affidavit regarding uninterrupted operation of water supply schemes. Bid security is required as per KP-PPRA Notification, and all bids must be submitted electronically through the E-PADS portal by 10 September 2026, 12:00 Noon. The opening of bids will take place the same day at 12:30 Noon. Physical submission of original bid securities is mandatory before the deadline.
Eligibility criteria include valid KPRA registration, PEC codes CE-09 for civil and EE-04, EE-05, EE-11, and ME-07 for electrical/mechanical works, and compliance with all terms in the bidding documents. Bidders quoting more than 20% below the Engineer's Estimate must provide a detailed rate analysis. Only one package may be bid per bidder. For best results, ensure all documents are uploaded well before the deadline to avoid last-minute technical issues.
