Developmental and Beautification Works under Accelerated Sustainable Development Initiative, District Karak

The Government & Rural Development Department, District Karak, invites sealed bids from eligible government contractors registered with PEC and enlisted with C&W Department for the execution of various developmental and beautification works under the Accelerated Sustainable Development Initiative (ASDI 2025-26). The works are to be carried out in Karak and include both civil and electrical components, with a focus on infrastructure improvement and solarization projects. Items being procured: - Remaining Work of Tube Well at Moh: Qreshan Shahidan Banda (Estimated Cost: Rs. 3.63 Million) - Solarization of Existing Pressure Pumps/Mini Tube Wells at Musakan & Tehsil Takht-e-Nasrati (Estimated Cost: Rs. 5.00 Million) - Home Base Solarization on needs bases at VC Bogara (Estimated Cost: Rs. 4.05 Million) - House Base Solarization on need bases at Tehsil Takht-e-Nasrati (Estimated Cost: Rs. 3.16 Million) - Infrastructure Improvement at Muhallah Gul Hussain, Yaghi Musakan, Takht-e-Nasrati Karak (Estimated Cost: Rs. 6.293 Million) The technical scope covers the installation and completion of tube wells, solarization of water supply systems, and infrastructure upgrades in specified localities. All works must comply with the latest MRS-2025/Non MRS-items and relevant PEC codes. Bidders must submit a bid security of 2% of the engineer's estimate for each work, with additional security required for bids quoting more than 10% below the engineer's estimate. Only contractors with valid PEC and KPRA registration (Active Tax Payer) for the current financial year are eligible. Bid solicitation documents are available on the official EPADS website (www.eprocure.gov.pk) and the KP-PPRA portal. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS, with original bid security delivered to the office of the Assistant Director (Sr.), LG&RDD Karak, near KDA Hospital District Council Secretariat, by the deadline of 22 September 2026, 11:00 AM. The opening of electronic bids will take place the same day at 12:30 PM.
