Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Support Services for CIR Connectivity by Azad Jammu & Kashmir Electricity Department

The Azad Jammu & Kashmir Electricity Department (AJKED) invites sealed bids for the supply, installation, testing, commissioning and support services for CIR (Uncompressed & Unshared) connectivity from the eligible firms registered with IRD/FBR/Income Tax Department AJK and who are on active Taxpayer List. The procurement is for connectivity to the following locations: - PTC (WAPDA House Lahore) Aggregate - Muzaffarabad - Rawalakot - Mirpur - Kotli The connectivity type is Fiber/Wireless with a bandwidth of 2 Mbps for each location, to be decided by the MPLS vendor. Bidding shall be carried out on a Single Stage One Envelope Bidding Procedure as per AJK PPRA Rules 2017. The firms must submit a bid security amounting to Rs. 300,000/- under section 25 of AJK PPRA Rules 2017. The bid security must be valid for 120 days from the date of opening of the bids. All items and conditions detailed in the bidding document must be strictly followed. The bids must be submitted by 03-11-2026 before 10:30 AM and will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Blacklisted firms or companies/suppliers/distributors are prohibited from participation.
