Supply of GPU Server for Directorate-General Monitoring & Evaluation Planning & Development Board Punjab

The Directorate-General Monitoring & Evaluation Planning & Development Board, Government of the Punjab, Lahore invites e-bids for the supply of a GPU Server. This procurement is open to firms, companies, sole proprietors, and general order suppliers engaged in trading and registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax. Items being procured: - GPU Server The bidding process will be conducted exclusively through the Punjab e-Procurement System of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA). The procurement will follow the Open Competitive Bidding method and Single Stage-Two Envelopes (SSTE) bidding procedure as per the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. All bids must include technical and financial proposals, duly completed, signed, stamped, and submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 30th October 2026 latest by 10:30 AM. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives as per PPRA Rules. Bidders must submit a Bid Security equivalent to 2% of the estimated bid value through the Punjab e-Procurement System in the prescribed electronic form, in accordance with Rule 27 of the Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA), 2014. Income/Sales tax registration certificates and other documents mentioned in the bidding document must be attached with the bids. All applicable taxes will be deducted as per government rules. Note: DGM&E management may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance of a bid as provided under Rule 35 of Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA), 2014.
