Procurement and Installation of Sign Boards at Various Touristic Sites in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Culture and Tourism Authority (KPCTA) is inviting electronic bids for the procurement and installation of sign boards at various touristic sites across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The bidding process follows a single stage single envelope procedure as per KPPRA rules 2014. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 31st July 2026 at 11:00 am at the KPCTA conference hall in Peshawar. Bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS platform by 10th August 2026 at 11:00 am. No hard copies are accepted. The bid opening will occur the same day at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Bidders must also submit an affidavit on stamp paper, notarized, affirming the correctness of the information provided. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure timely submission of both the electronic bid and the original CDR to avoid disqualification. Late submissions are strictly not accepted, and the original CDR must reach the KPCTA office before the deadline.
