Tender Description
The Bahria University Health Sciences Campus Karachi (Bahria University) invites sealed bids for the procurement and complete installation of an SMD Screen at the IBN-E-SINA Auditorium located within the campus. This procurement is planned for the fiscal year 2026-27 and aims to enhance the audiovisual facilities at the university auditorium.

The procurement will be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope method adopting the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and related regulatory guidelines. Bidders must submit bids via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal, ensuring registration on EPADS v2.0 to participate.
All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security as specified in the bidding documents, submitted in the form of a Pay Order. Bidders are required to follow the detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements outlined in the e-bidding documents available online.
The deadline for bid submission is Tuesday, September 15, 2026, by 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for 11:30 AM the same day on EPADS v2.0. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Vendors not registered on EPADS v2.0 may register themselves prior to submission.
Interested bidders should ensure compliance with all eligibility criteria including PEC registration, FBR/ATL status, and earnest money requirements as detailed in the bidding documents. The grievance redressal committee is notified as per Rule 48 of the Public Procurement Rules 2004.
