Procurement and Installation of Solar System

The Government College of Technology Kamalia under the Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) Punjab invites bids for the procurement and installation of a solar system. This corrigendum clarifies that the arrangement for grid connection and metering shall be carried out in accordance with the laws, rules, and regulations enforced by NEPRA, FESCO, or other competent authorities at the time of tender opening. The successful bidder shall adopt and complete whichever system among Net Metering, Net Billing, Presume Arrangement, or any other approved grid connection/metering system is available, legally approved, and suitable for the institution. If Net Metering becomes viable and available again during the execution or completion of the project, the successful bidder shall be bound to complete the required procedures for Net Metering. Bidders should ensure compliance with all relevant technical and regulatory requirements for solar system installation and grid connection. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration for relevant categories, FBR active taxpayer status, and submission of earnest money as per bidding documents. The last date for submission of bids has been extended to 06 October 2026 at 10:30 AM (PST), with opening at 11:00 AM (PST) on the same day.
