Procurement and Installation of Solar Pumping Systems on Agriculture Tube/Open Wells

The Directorate General Agricultural Engineering, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites bids for the procurement and installation of solar pumping systems on existing agriculture tube/open wells under the AIP scheme titled 'Culturable Waste Land Development & Solarization of Existing Agriculture Tube/Open Wells in Newly Merged Districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa'. This tender is specifically for suppliers and contractors capable of delivering and installing solar pumping systems in the Peshawar region. Items being procured: - Solar Pumping Systems on Agriculture Tube-wells - Solar Pumping Systems on Open-wells The technical scope includes supply and installation of solar pumping systems designed for agricultural tube and open wells. The project aims to enhance irrigation efficiency by utilizing solar energy, reducing reliance on conventional power sources. The site is located in the newly merged districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, with the office of the Director General Agricultural Engineering near NIFA, G.T. Road, Tarnab Peshawar as the tendering authority. Eligible bidders must be manufacturers or authorized dealers of solar pumping systems. Registration with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) is mandatory. Bidders should submit bids through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) using the single stage two envelope bidding method, with separate technical and financial proposals clearly marked. Earnest Money of PKR 13,000,000 in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) is required with both technical and financial bids. Technical bids without the affidavit and CDR will be considered non-responsive. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 2026-08-04 at 14:00 hours at the office of the Director General Agricultural Engineering, Tarnab Peshawar. The last date for bid submission is 2026-08-13 by 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your financial bid includes the required Earnest Money Call Deposit and the affidavit as per the tender conditions to avoid disqualification. Also, register and submit your bid through EPADS well before the deadline to prevent last-minute technical issues.
