Tender Description
The Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) invites bids under Single Stage Two Envelope national competitive bidding procedure from active tax bidders registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax Department and PPRA C3 in relevant Code for Procurement and Installation of Solar System at Government College of Technology, Kamalia.
Items being procured:
- Procurement and Installation of Solar System
The scope includes supply, installation, and commissioning of solar systems at the specified site. Bidders must comply with all technical specifications and conditions detailed in the bidding documents. The project site is located at Government College of Technology, Kamalia, Punjab.
Eligibility criteria include valid PEC Category C3, FBR registration, and submission of earnest money in the form of CDR/Pay Order/Demand Draft as specified. Bidders must submit their bids electronically via the PPRA e-procurement portal and also provide hard copies as per instructions. Bidding documents are available on the PPRA website and can be downloaded free of cost.
The bid opening will take place on 22nd September 2026 at 11:00 AM at the specified venue. Late bids or bids without proper earnest money will be rejected. TEVTA reserves the right to accept or reject any bid as per PPRA rules.
