Procurement and Installation of Tank 5b (Chrome Plating Tk) & Rectifier

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration where applicable. Procurement will be conducted under PPRA and MoDP rules. Items being procured: - Procurement and Installation of Tank 5b (Chrome Plating Tk) - Rectifier The delivery period is 2 x months after signing of contract. Tender documents are available on the PPRA website. Bidders must submit photocopies of registration, pre-qualification, and indexation letters issued by HIT/DGP/MoDP/Govt or Semi Govt organizations if any. Attested copies of registration certificates from Sales Tax Department and NTN certificates are required. Audit reports for the last 3 financial years and attested bank statements for the last year must be provided. Attested CNIC copies of CEO/Director and trade link evidence between firm and OEM (if distributor/agent) are mandatory. A judicial certificate worth Rs 100 attested by Oath Commissioner confirming the firm is not blacklisted, suspended, or debarred by any government organization is also required. Documentary evidence of contracts executed in the last 3 financial years with government or semi-government organizations must be submitted. A postal order of Rs 2,000/- should be enclosed with the Technical Bid in favor of Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila. Bidders should ensure all documents are complete and submitted before the deadline. The tender submission date and time is 06 October 2026 at 1300 hours, with tender opening at 1100 hours the same day.
