Procurement of Inventory Management Equipment

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration where applicable. The procurement is for Inventory Management Equipment as detailed in Annex A, with delivery scheduled within 3 months after signing the contract. Items being procured: - Inventory Management Equipment as per Annex A Bidders must submit photocopies of registration, pre-qualification, or indexation letters issued by HIT/DGP/MoDP/Govt or Semi Govt organizations if any. Attested copies of registration certificates from Sales Tax Department and NTN certificates are mandatory. Audit reports for the last three financial years, attested bank statements for the last year, and attested CNIC copies of CEO/Director must be provided. Trade link documentation between firm and OEM (if distributor/agent) is required. A judicial certificate worth Rs 100 attested by Oath Commissioner confirming the firm is not blacklisted or debarred is also necessary. Documentary evidence of contracts executed in the last three financial years with government or semi-government organizations must be included. A postal order of Rs 2,000 should be enclosed with the Technical Bid in favor of Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila. The tender documents are available on the PPRA website. The last date for collection of tender documents and submission is 20 October 2026 at 10:30 hours, with opening at 11:00 hours the same day. Bidders are advised to carefully review the checklist attached at Section C and ensure all required documents are submitted to avoid disqualification.
