Tender Description
The National Council for Homoeopathy Rawalpindi invites electronic bids for the supply of IT equipment and consumable stationery items. This tender is open for registered distributors with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and Sales Tax. The procurement includes a detailed list of IT equipment such as desktop computers, laptops, desktop servers, flatbed scanners, PVC card printers, color printers, multifunction printers/copiers, and networking hardware. Additionally, consumable stationery items like toner cartridges, printer ribbons, and various types of paper are also required.

- Consumable Stationery Items: Toner HP Laserjet M402d (24 units), Toner HP Laserjet M403dn (06 units), Printer Ribbon LQ-2180 (12 units), Blank off white plain cards (12,000 units), Paper Rim A-4 Size 80 GSM (80 units), Paper Rim Legal Size 80 GSM (25 units)
The technical scope covers high specification IT hardware with detailed parameters and quantities, ensuring compatibility and performance for the Council's operations. The site is located at Fazal Town (Phase-I), Airport Link Road, Rawalpindi. Bidders must be registered with FBR and provide a fixed bid security of 5% of the estimated procurement value in the form of a Bank Draft or Pay Order in favor of the Registrar National Council for Homoeopathy Rawalpindi.
The electronic bids must be submitted using the EPADS system on or before 20th October 2026 at 11:00 am. Technical and financial proposals are to be submitted in separate envelopes. The financial proposals will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am. Late or manual bids will not be accepted. Vendors must ensure their bids comply fully with the detailed terms and conditions available at www.eprocure.gov.pk.
