Procurement of CCTV IP Cameras for State Life Zonal Office Sheikhupura

State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan invites bids under PPRA rules through Single Stage- Two Envelopes procedure from experienced and reputed GST/Income Tax/Sales Tax registered firms or dealers for the procurement of CCTV IP Cameras for its State Life Zonal Office located at Al-Sharif Plaza, Near Children Hospital, Sargodha Road, Sheikhupura. Items being procured: - 4MP Entry IR Fixed-Focal Bullet Network Camera, 32 units - 32 Channel 10 HDDDs Network Video Recorder, 2 units - 16 Channel 10 HDDDs Network Video Recorder, 1 unit - Surveillance 8TB, 2 units - Surveillance 4TB, 1 unit - LED 40" (HD), 1 unit - LED 32" (HD), 2 units The technical scope includes advanced CCTV IP cameras with features such as 4MP resolution, IR illumination, H.265 codec, smart video analytics including face detection, perimeter protection, people counting, and heat map. The video recorders support multiple channels with high decoding capability and large storage capacity up to 10 TB per HDD. The vendor is responsible for complete installation and commissioning with required materials including PoE switches, cables, ducts, pipes, fiber cables, media converters, and splicing. Vendors must conduct a site survey at State Life Insurance Lahore Sargodha Road, Near Children Hospital, Sheikhupura for accurate measurement of camera points and NVR & LED placement as per attached diagrams. Eligibility requires GST/Income Tax/Sales Tax registration, relevant experience, and submission of original bid security of Rs. 41,000/- (2% of estimated cost) in form of bank draft/pay order/CDR in favor of State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan, Sheikhupura Zone. Bids will be opened on 22 October 2026 at 10:30 am in presence of bidders or their representatives. No tender will be entertained without bid security.
