Framework Contract for Purchase of Miscellaneous Items for SP/Battalion Commander, Lahore

The Punjab Constabulary, through the SP/Battalion Commander, Battalion No.1, Lahore, invites bids for a framework contract for the procurement of various miscellaneous items for the financial year 2026-2027 (up to 30-06-2027). This procurement is based on the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended) and requires e-submission of bids via the official Punjab e-tender portal. Items being procured: - Framework of contract for Purchase of Hot & Cold Items - Framework of contract for Purchase of POL Charges/Lubricant - Framework of contract for Purchase of Stationery - Framework of contract for Purchase of Printing & Publication - Framework of contract for Purchase of Uniform & Protective Clothing - Framework of contract for Purchase of Computer Stationery - Framework of contract for Purchase of Others/miscellaneous items - Framework of contract for Repair of Transport/Purchase of Tyres, Batteries, Spare Parts, Filters & repair work (Engine Overhaul, Denting & painting etc.) - Framework of contract for Repair of Machinery & Equipment - Framework of contract for Repair of Furniture & Fixture - Framework of contract for Repair of Buildings The scope includes supply and repair services for a wide range of items including stationery, printing materials, protective clothing, vehicle repair parts, and building maintenance. Bidders must be well reputed, financially sound, and registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax Departments. The contract requires compliance with GST/PST and other applicable taxes. Bidding will be conducted under the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. A bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost of each store item is mandatory, payable via Bank Guarantee or online payment through 1-Link PSID. Bids must be submitted online by 09-10-2026 before 10:00 AM and signed attendance sheets are required. Bidders barred or blacklisted by any government agency are ineligible. An affidavit of Rs. 100/- on stamp paper is also required. Bids will be opened on the same day at 10:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
