Procurement of IT Accessories, Computer Hardware & Air Conditioners for Sindh Institute of Child Health and Neonatology (SICHN) Sites

The air conditioners must be inverter type with specified cooling capacities and energy efficiency ratings suitable for hospital environments. All items must be brand new, genuine, and covered by manufacturer warranties with local service support. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with Pakistan tax authorities (Income Tax, SRB where applicable, and Sales Tax Department), have relevant experience, and submit bid security of 2% of the estimated procurement value. Bidders must provide technical and financial proposals separately on the EPADS portal. The bid validity period is 90 days. Performance security of 5% of contract price is required upon award. Key dates: Bidding documents can be purchased by submitting a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5000 to the designated Sindh Bank account and submitting the deposit slip at SICHN Karachi office. The deadline for bid submission is 16 September 2026 at 10:30 a.m., with bid opening at 11:00 a.m. on the same day at SICHN Karachi office.
