Procurement of I.T. Equipment on Frame Work Contract Basis

The Counter Terrorism Department Punjab Lahore invites electronic bids (e-Bids) for the procurement of I.T. Equipment on Frame Work Contract Basis through the Punjab e-Procurement System at www.ep.punjab.gov.pk. This procurement is for the fiscal year 2026-27 and includes supply of various IT goods and services by registered firms or sole proprietors with relevant tax and registration authorities. Items being procured: - MikroTik RouterBOARD / Dual Bank GigaBit Wireless Router / Routerboard or Equivalent - SFP Fibre Optic Transceiver - USB Drive 64 GB - Hard Drive 500 GB SSD - 500 GB NVME - WIFI Router - External hard drive 4 TB - External hard drive 1 TB - Black & White Printer - Tablet - Mobile Phone The technical scope requires bidders to submit e-bids and samples lot-wise as per Section III of the bidding documents. The bidding process follows a single stage two envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders must quote rates for each item in the package or lot, and the lowest evaluated bidder will be determined on the cumulative quoted rate of the entire lot/package. Bid securities at 3% of the estimated amount are mandatory and must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System in collaboration with the Bank of Punjab. Eligibility criteria include registration with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax, Excise & Taxation Department, and registration on the e-Procurement System. Technical and financial bids must be duly completed, signed, and stamped, and submitted online before the deadline. Taxes will be deducted as per government rules. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rules 35 of PPRA 2014.
