Tender Description
DHQ Hospital Bahawalnagar invites sealed bids for a framework contract for the purchase of various medical and related items for the fiscal year 2026-27. The procurement includes LP Medicine, Surgical Disposable Items, SSP Medicine, Pathology Lab Items, Dialysis and X-Ray Films, Chemicals, General Store Items, Dental Material, Dialysis RO Plant Service, Printing & Stationery Items, Surgical Instruments, and Electric/IT Items.
Items being procured:
- Local Purchase of Medicine & Surgical Disposable Items (Day to Day / Emergency), Sehat Sahulat Program Medicine
- Dialysis Items
- Pathology & Lab Items
- Radiology Items
- General Store Items, Dental Materials & Surgical Instruments
- Stationary Items & Printing
- Services Contract for maintenance of dialysis RO Plant 2 and Service & Maintenance Contract of Computer Printers

The procurement will be conducted on a DDP basis with warranty requirements specified in the technical specifications for each item. Bidders must be registered with relevant authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax departments. The bidding document is available free of cost from the PPRA Punjab website.
Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-procurement system on or before 22 October 2026 at 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives. A bid security of 2% of the estimated price is mandatory. Interested bidders can obtain further information from the Purchase Office of DHQ Hospital Bahawalnagar between 08:00 AM and 04:00 PM. Bid validity is up to 120 days.
