This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the National Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure on the EPADS v2.0 platform. The project involves the supply and installation of a 20ft x 10ft SMD screen with detailed technical specifications including a Sierra Lite (USA) or equivalent brand, SMD2020 LED type, 2.5mm pixel pitch, 4500 Nits brightness, and a 2-year warranty. The package also includes a Huidu or equivalent integrated 2-in-1 LED video processor with sending controller, supporting 4K resolution, multiple input/output ports, wireless configuration, and continuous commercial operation capability.
Items being procured:

- HDMI Gold Plated High Resolution 50 Meter Cable with accessories
- Installation, Commissioning, Testing, and Trials
The installation site is the IBN-E-SINA Auditorium at Bahria University Health Sciences Campus Karachi, located at Sailor Street, Adjacent PNS Shifa DHA Phase - II, Karachi. Bidders must conduct a mandatory site visit prior to bidding; failure to do so will result in disqualification. The supplier must be the sole distributor and provide a warranty valid for 2 years after installation and completion of work. Delivery and installation must be completed within 30 days of contract award. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by 11:00 AM on September 15, 2026, with the original bid security submitted physically to the university office before the deadline.
Eligibility criteria include valid NTN, SST, GST registration, a minimum of 5 years experience in procurement and installation of indoor video wall SMD screens, and an affidavit confirming no blacklisting. The evaluation will be based on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) with a 100% technical weightage.
