Tender Description
The Federal Tax Ombudsman Secretariat Islamabad invites sealed bids from GST and NTN registered firms for the procurement of IT equipment through the EPADs of PPRA. Items being procured:
- Laptop: Dell inspiration 3530 or equivalent, 13th Gen, Intel core i7-1355 U processor, 16 GB RAM, 512 GB SSD storage, 15.6 inch FHD display, Windows 11 Pro OS (Qty: 7)
- Scanner: HP Scan Jet Enterprises Flow 7000 s3 or equivalent, resolution up to 600 dpi (colour and mono, sheet-feed), max document scan size 8.5 x 122 inches, auto document feeder for 80 sheets of Xerox 4024 75 g/m2 paper, 60 PPM / 120 IPM, connectivity USB 2.0/3.0/3.1, supported OS Windows 11, 10, 8, 7 (Qty: 2)
The equipment will be delivered to FTO Secretariat HQ Islamabad. The scope includes supply of high-quality IT hardware meeting the specified technical requirements. Only firms registered on the active taxpayers list (ATL) of FBR and holding valid GST and NTN registrations are eligible. Warranty/guarantee for at least one year is required, including maintenance, repair, and replacement of parts if needed. Earnest money equal to 2% of the total quoted tender cost must be submitted as a call deposit in the name of DDO, FTO Secretariat HQ Islamabad.
Bids must be uploaded through EPADs (Version 2.0) of PPRA latest by 09-10-2026 at 10:00 hours. The Purchase Committee will open offers on the same day at 10:30 hours at FTO Secretariat HQ Islamabad in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Proof of GST registration, NTN number, and a certificate confirming the firm has never been blacklisted by any government department must be submitted. The successful bidders will bear delivery costs to FTO Secretariat HQ Islamabad. The office reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers under PPRA rules. Late or incomplete submissions will not be considered.
