Hiring of HR Outsourcing Firm(s) for Skilled IT Resources at Islamia College Peshawar

Islamia College Peshawar invites sealed bids from eligible, reputable, and financially sound firms/companies for hiring HR outsourcing firm(s) to provide skilled IT resources. The procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under the KP-PPRA Rules 2014 through the EPADS e-procurement portal. Items being procured: - Provision of skilled IT resources for various IT functions as per specifications in bidding documents The scope includes supplying qualified IT professionals registered with KPITB/Pakistan Software Export Board, FBR, and KPRA. Bidders must comply with all applicable tax rules and include taxes in their quoted prices. Earnest money of 2% of the total bid amount must be submitted as a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of Treasurer, Islamia College Peshawar. The original CDR must be physically submitted or couriered by the bid closing date.
