Tender Description
The Privatisation Commission of Pakistan has allocated funds for procurement planned for the Financial Year 2026-27. This procurement involves the purchase of IT equipment including laptops, desktops, printers, and LED monitors under contract reference P150762.

The procurement will be conducted through a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure using Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2026 and related regulations and guidelines issued by the Authority. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security as specified in the bidding documents, which can be submitted in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, or a bid securing declaration as per the prescribed format.
E-Bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/150762. Interested bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate.
Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 by Monday, October 26, 2026, at 11:00 AM. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submission of bids will not be accepted. Vendors not yet registered on EPADS v2.0 may register at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. A tutorial for registration is available at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MNW6T38v7tc.
This procurement is governed by Rule 65 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2026, and a Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) has been notified. The notification copy is available on the procuring agency's website and the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website at www.ppra.gov.pk.
