Tender Description
Pak-Austria Fachhochschule: Institute of Applied Sciences & Technology (PAF-IAST), Haripur invites sealed bids through EPADS for two lots titled 'Computer Labs Networking and Furniture'. This procurement is aimed at equipping the institute with essential computer networking infrastructure and furniture to support its academic environment in Haripur.

The bidder must be registered and duly recognized in Pakistan, holding FBR registration with Manufacturer's status or Distributor/Dealer status authorized by the Manufacturer/Principal specific to this tender. Bidders should have sufficient financial, technical, and human resources to complete the assigned tasks within the prescribed time after contract finalization with PAF-IAST.
Tender documents containing instructions, project background, scope of work, terms and conditions, bid submission procedures, bid opening, and evaluation criteria are available electronically free of cost from the university website http://www.paf-iast.edu.pk/ and the EPADS-KPPRA portal www.Kp.eprocure.gov.pk.
Earnest Money amounting to 2% of the bid value in the form of CDR must be submitted to the Procurement Office at Pak Austria Fachhochschule, Institute of Applied Sciences, Khanpur Road, Mang Haripur for each lot separately before the online submission deadline. Failure to submit earnest money will result in bid rejection.
Bids must be submitted via EPADS on or before Tuesday 27 October 2026 at 11:00 am. Manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 am in the presence of the Procurement Committee and participating bidders.
The tender will be executed under KPPRA Rule 6(2)b 'Single Stage, two Envelope Procedure'.
Bidders are advised to carefully review the tender documents and ensure compliance with all requirements, including timely submission of earnest money and bids through the specified electronic portal to avoid disqualification.
