Tender Description
Pak-Austria Fachhochschule Institute of Applied Sciences & Technology (PAF-IAST) Haripur invites sealed bids through EPADS for two lots titled Computer Labs Networking and Furniture. The procurement is for computer lab networking equipment and furniture to support the institute's technical infrastructure and learning environment.

The tender document includes detailed instructions, project background, scope of work, terms and conditions, bid submission procedures, bid opening, and evaluation criteria. These documents are available free of cost electronically from the university website http://www.paf-iast.edu.pk/ and the EPADS-KPPRA portal www.Kp.eprocure.gov.pk.
Bidders must be registered and recognized in Pakistan with FBR, possessing Manufacturer's status or Distributor/Dealer status with proper authorization from the Manufacturer or Principal specific to this tender. They must demonstrate sufficient financial, technical, and human resources to complete the contract within the prescribed timeline.
Earnest Money of 2% of the bid value in the form of CDR must be submitted separately for each lot to the Procurement Office at Pak Austria Fachhochschule, Institute of Applied Sciences, Khanpur Road, Mang Haripur before the online bid submission deadline. Failure to submit earnest money will result in bid rejection.
Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS on or before Tuesday 27 October 2026 at 11:00 am. Manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 am in the presence of the Procurement Committee and participating bidders.
This tender follows KPPRA Rule 6(2)b Single Stage, Two Envelope Procedure.
A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your Manufacturer or Distributor authorization documents are clear and valid, and submit your earnest money timely to avoid disqualification. Also, strictly follow the EPADS submission process as manual bids are not accepted.
