Tender Description
The District & Sessions Court Dir Lower is procuring a comprehensive range of goods including IT equipment, hardware, plant and machinery, furniture and fixtures, as well as stationery. This procurement is aimed at enhancing the operational capacity of the court located in Timergara, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The scope covers supply and installation as per detailed specifications provided in the bidding documents.
The technical scope includes various categories such as IT equipment and hardware, plant and machinery, office furniture, and stationery items. Bidders are expected to provide samples for all applicable items which will be examined by the procurement committee during bid opening. The delivery period is as per the work order, with a strict 15-day supply/install timeframe after issuance of the supply order to avoid forfeiture of earnest money.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with relevant tax authorities, maintain active taxpayer status, hold valid business or professional registration, and have relevant experience in supplying similar goods. Technical bids and financial bids should be sealed separately if using the two-envelope procedure. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Late submissions will not be entertained.
