Procurement of MDI ATB Meter Security Boxes and LT CT's at Sundar Industrial Estate

The Board of Management Sundar Industrial Estate (BOM-SIE) invites sealed bids from Suppliers, Distributors, Manufacturers, and Authorized dealers registered with FBR for Income Tax and Sales Tax, having their name in the active Tax Payers list. The procurement is for MDI ATB Meter Security Boxes and LT CT's at Sundar Industrial Estate, Lahore. Items being procured: - MDI ATB Meter Security Boxes - LT CT's The manufacturer of ATB Boxes must be registered/enlisted with WAPDA/DISCOs/NTDC in relevant category/codes, and proof must be submitted with the bid. Bidding will be conducted under the provisions of PPRA Rules-2014 (amended up to date) on a single stage one envelope basis. Bidders are requested to submit E-bids online at the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk). Bidding documents are available free of cost on the PPRA website, BOM-SIE website (www.sie.com.pk), and Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security of Rs. 39,973 must be submitted digitally through the Punjab e-Procurement System, which is 2% of the estimated cost Rs. 1,998,654/-. Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, late bids or those submitted by other than the specified mode will not be considered. BOM-SIE management reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance as per Rule-35 of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
