Procurement of Kitchen Items Under Closed Framework Agreement

The Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDA) invites experienced and reputable firms with a valid National Tax Number registered with the Federal Board of Revenue to participate in the bidding process for the Procurement of Kitchen Items Under Closed Framework Agreement. This procurement is conducted under the PCBDA Procurement Regulations, 2024, through an open bidding process under Request for Proposal without Negotiations / Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedures. Items being procured: - Kitchen Items Under Closed Framework Agreement Complete bidding documents including detailed specifications, criteria, terms and conditions can be obtained from the Procurement Directorate Office of PCBDA after publication of this advertisement against payment of PKR 5,000/- (non-refundable) in the form of pay order / CDR / demand draft in favor of 'Punjab Central Business District Development Authority'. The bidding documents with all details can also be downloaded from PCBDA's website www.cbdpunjab.gov.pk for information only. The request must clearly state 'Request for Bidding Documents' for the work mentioned. All bids must be accompanied by PKR 200,000/- as Bid Security in the form of an original bank guarantee / pay order / demand draft / CDR issued by a scheduled bank operating in Pakistan in favor of 'Punjab Central Business District Development Authority'. Bid Security shall be valid for 30 days beyond bid validity and bid shall be valid for 120 days. No bid will be entertained without the Bid Security. Interested firms having strong capability and experience in similar nature projects are encouraged to submit sealed bids along with required documents clearly marked 'Procurement of Kitchen Items Under Closed Framework Agreement' and addressed to the Director Procurement, PCBDA, CBD Complex (Old Walton Airport), near Naval Base, Lt. (Navy) Yasir Shaheed Road, Lahore on or before the deadline. The bid submission deadline is November 16, 2026, by 11:00 AM, and bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM.
