Procurement of Lab Equipment for Departments of Biochemistry, Physics, Zoology, and Computer Science at Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan

Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan (AWKUM) invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for the procurement of lab equipment for multiple departments including Biochemistry, Physics, Zoology, and Computer Science under various research projects. The procurement follows a Single Stage – Two Envelope Procedure with bids to be submitted electronically via www.kp.eprocure.gov.pk. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities including FBR, KPRA, and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). A bid security of 2% of the quoted bid cost in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) is mandatory. Tender fee of Rs. 2,000/- is also required. Bidders must provide company profiles, brochures/catalogues, and an undertaking to comply fully with specifications. Earnest money must accompany financial bids. Delivery penalties apply for delays. Payment terms include 90% payment after inspection and 10% retention as performance guarantee for one year. Taxes will be deducted as per government rules. AWKUM reserves the right to reject incomplete or conditional bids and to call for demonstrations if required.
