Procurement of Lab Reagents and X-Ray Films for Health Facilities Diamer-Astore Region

The Directorate of Health Services Diamer-Astore Region invites sealed bids from pharmaceutical manufacturers, sole agents of foreign manufacturers, and their sub-distributors for the procurement of Lab Reagents and X-Ray Films. These items are required for all health facilities within the Diamer-Astore Region under the regular budget for the financial year 2026-27. Delivery is to be made free of cost to the consignee's end at Diamer-Astore Region. Items being procured: - Lab Reagents - X-Ray Films Bidding documents including detailed specifications, terms, and conditions are available from the office of the Health Directorate Diamer-Astore Region upon submission of a written application on official letterhead along with a copy of CNIC and payment of a non-refundable tender fee. The bidding documents will be issued up to 17-09-2026 at 11 AM during office hours. Bidding will be conducted through a single stage one envelope procedure as per GBPPRA rules 2022 clause 39 section (a). Eligibility criteria include valid registration with FBR/ATL and submission of bid security amounting to Rs. 300,000 in the form of CDR from any scheduled bank in favor of Director Health Services Diamer-Astore Region. Bank guarantees will not be accepted. Bids must be submitted to the office of the Director Health Services Diamer-Astore Region on or before 17-09-2026 at 11:00 am. The bids will be opened on the same date at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. If the date of opening falls on a national or local public holiday, bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time and place. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure timely submission of the bid security in the prescribed form and to obtain the bidding documents well before the closing date to prepare a compliant bid. Late submissions will not be entertained.
