Tender Description
The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) Regional Office Sukkur is inviting bids for the procurement of land for 10x NRC seismic acquisition services across multiple locations in Sindh province. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to secure suitable land plots for seismic data acquisition purposes. The procurement process will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform using a Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique under the National Single Stage-Two Envelope method.
Items being procured:
- NRC Larkana land plot, 1210 square yards
- NRC Dadu land plot, 1210 square yards
- NRC Kandhkot land plot, 1210 square yards
- NRC Dokri land plot, 605 square yards
- NRC Tandoadam land plot, 605 square yards
- NRC Shahdadpur land plot, 605 square yards
- NRC Mehrabpur land plot, 605 square yards
- NRC Daur land plot, 605 square yards
- NRC Kashmor land plot, 605 square yards
- NRC Rohri land plot, 605 square yards
Each plot must meet specific eligibility criteria including valid legal property documents, commercial registry or commercialization certificate, possession by the bidder, minimum 60 feet front, location within concerned districts or tehsils, clearance from liabilities and litigation, and availability of utilities such as WAPDA, PTCL, sewerage, gas, and water supply. The land should not be near restricted or sensitive areas and must be at road level.
Bidders must be owners or legally authorized representatives with proper power of attorney and submit all required documents including affidavits and non-encumbrance certificates. The technical scope involves physical verification of offered sites by NADRA evaluation committees and price evaluation by government authorized evaluators.
The tender is specific to Sukkur district and surrounding areas in Sindh province. Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and submit bids online by **Thursday, August 20, 2026 02:00 PM**. Hard copies of bid security must be submitted physically before the deadline at A-89 Sindhi Co-operative Housing Society Airport Road, Sukkur.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure all legal and commercial documents are complete and verifiable, as any discrepancies or incomplete documentation may lead to disqualification. Early registration on EPADS and careful adherence to submission instructions will improve chances of success.
This procurement offers a valuable opportunity for landowners and authorized agents in Sindh to participate in a government project with clear eligibility and evaluation criteria. The department emphasizes transparency, compliance with Public Procurement Rules 2004, and encourages bidders to review all bidding documents carefully before submission.
