Procurement of Land for Establishment of NADRA Offices in Lahore Region

Items being procured: - Plot of 1 Kanal at Mustafabad Lalyani City, Tehsil Kasur, District Kasur - Plot of 2 Kanal at Nankana Sahib City, Tehsil Nankana Sahib, District Nankana Sahib - Plot of 1 Kanal at Alipur Chattha City, Tehsil Alipur Chattha, District Wazirabad - Plot of 1 Kanal at Wazirabad City, Tehsil Wazirabad, District Wazirabad - Plot of 1 Kanal at Sambrial City, Tehsil Sambrial, District Sialkot - Plot of 1 Kanal at Raiwind City, Tehsil Raiwind, District Lahore - Plot of 1 Kanal at Lahore City, DHA, Phase 4, 5 or 6 Near Ring Road Askari 11 Interchange, District Lahore - Plot of 2 to 4 Kanal at Sialkot City, Sambrial Road, Tehsil & District Sialkot - Plot of 1 Kanal at Kamoke City, Tehsil Kamoke, District Gujranwala - Plot of 2 Kanal at Okara City, Tehsil Okara, District Okara - Plot of 2 Kanal at Sheikhupura City, Tehsil Sheikhupura, District Sheikhupura - Plot of 2 Kanal at Kasur City, Tehsil Kasur, District Kasur - Plot of 1 Kanal at Kot Radha Kishan City, Tehsil Kot Radha Kishan, District Kasur The scope includes acquisition of land plots suitable for office construction in strategic locations to enhance NADRA's service delivery. The land must meet the required size specifications and be located within the designated tehsils and districts. Interested parties must submit their proposal documents on the EPADS portal by 29th October 2026 at 1100 hrs. A bid security of Rs. 10,000 in favor of NADRA Regional HQ Office Lahore is mandatory and must be submitted by the closing date at the admin branch. This procurement requires compliance with NADRA's tender instructions and adherence to submission deadlines. Proposals submitted on public holidays will be considered on the next working day.
