Procurement of Land for Establishment of NADRA Offices in Lahore Region

Bidding will be conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per Rule 36 (b) of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Detailed bidding documents and terms can be downloaded free of cost from EPADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk) and PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk). Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS by 15 October 2026 at 11:00 am. Manual bids will not be accepted. The hard copy of the Bid Security amounting to Rs. 10,000 in favor of NADRA Regional Head Office Lahore must be submitted by the same deadline. Technical bids will be opened on 15 October 2026 at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders. If the bid opening date is a gazetted holiday, bids will be opened on the next working day.
