Procurement of Land for Establishment of NADRA Offices in Lahore Region

Items being procured: - Land plots of varying sizes (1 to 4 Kanal) at Mustafabad Lalyani City, Tehsil Kasur - Land plots of 2 Kanal at Nankana Sahib City, Tehsil Nankanas Sahib - Land plots of 1 Kanal at Alipur Chattha City, Tehsil Alipur Chattha - Land plots of 1 Kanal at Wazirabad City, Tehsil Wazirabad - Land plots of 1 Kanal at Sambrial City, Tehsil Sambrial - Land plots of 1 Kanal at Raiwind City, Tehsil Raiwind - Land plots of 1 Kanal at Lahore City, DHA Phase 4, 5 or 6 near Ring Road Askari 11 Interchange - Land plots of 2 to 4 Kanal at Sialkot City, Sambriyal Road, Tehsil & District Sialkot - Land plots of 1 Kanal at Kamoke City, Tehsil Kamoke The land must meet strict eligibility criteria including clear title, possession by landlord, no litigation or encumbrances, located within district or tehsil headquarters boundaries, approved by concerned authorities, minimum frontage of 35 feet, and availability of general amenities such as electricity and network connectivity. The land categories accepted include commercial, residential cum commercial, and agriculture cum commercial. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and submit bids electronically before the deadline. Original bid security in the form of Pay Order or Call Deposit must be submitted physically at NADRA RHO Lahore office before bid closing. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day via EPADS. The bid validity period is 180 days.
