Tender Description
The Procurement Department of Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) Head Office Lahore invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 for the procurement of LED-061-26 consisting of Laptop 2-in-1 convertible and Laptop core ultra-7 models for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is planned to be executed in Lahore, Punjab. Items being procured:
- Lap Top 2-in-1 convertible Notebook computer, Quantity: 20 units
- Lap Top core ultra-7 or equivalent Notebook computer, Quantity: 1 unit
The technical specifications for the 2-in-1 convertible laptops include Intel Core Ultra 7 or equivalent processor, 16GB memory, 512GB PCIe NVMe SSD, 14" touchscreen IPS display, fingerprint reader, FHD webcam, and one year onsite warranty and support. The core ultra-7 laptop requires Intel Core Ultra 7 or equivalent processor, 16GB DDR5 memory, 1TB PCIe NVMe SSD, 4GB dedicated graphics, 16" IPS anti-glare display, FHD webcam, backlit keyboard with numeric keypad, and one year warranty.
Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and submit bids electronically before the deadline of Tuesday, September 29, 2026 at 02:30 PM. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 03:00 PM. Manual submissions are not accepted. Bid security or bid securing declaration is mandatory as per bidding documents. Eligibility criteria include valid FBR registration and professional tax certificate for FY 2026-27. The procurement will follow Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method.
The delivery location is Basement Stores, 21-Kashmir Road, GAS House, SNGPL Head Office Lahore. Delivery period is 112 days.
