Pre-Qualification of Firms/Dealerships/Workshops for Repair & Maintenance of Machinery, Furniture, Hardware & IT Equipment

The Office of the Chief Collector Customs (Airports), Islamabad, invites interested firms, dealerships, and workshops to pre-qualify for the repair and maintenance of machinery, furniture, hardware, and IT equipment. This pre-qualification is for establishing Framework Agreements for recurrent repair and maintenance services as and when required. Items being procured: - Repair and maintenance services of machinery equipment - Furniture and fixture repair and maintenance - Hardware items repair and maintenance - IT equipment repair and maintenance The scope includes ensuring availability of qualified technical personnel, machinery, tools, diagnostic equipment, and workshop facilities necessary for the services. Applicants must demonstrate relevant experience and capability, maintain emergency response arrangements, and provide genuine or quality-assured parts and consumables. Defective workmanship or replaced parts failing during warranty must be rectified or replaced at no additional cost. The procurement committee may inspect workshops, equipment, and technical staff as part of evaluation. Eligibility requires valid NTN and STRN/GST registration, affidavit of no blacklisting by any government or procuring agency, and earnest money of Rs. 200,000 in the form of a call deposit or pay order in favor of the DDO, office of the Chief Collector Customs (Airports), Islamabad. Applications must be submitted for pre-qualification through EPADS 2.0 by 12:00 p.m. on 28.09.2026. Applications will be opened the same day at 12:30 p.m. at the office of the Chief Collector Customs (Airports), 4th Floor, Custom House, Islamabad. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their applications ensuring all required documents and earnest money are included to avoid disqualification. Early submission is recommended to address any technical issues with the EPADS portal.
