Procurement of Laptops and IT Accessories for NSICT&R Lahore for F.Y. 2026-27

The Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cancer Treatment & Research (NSICT&R), Lahore invites e-Bids for the procurement of laptops and IT accessories for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is aimed at equipping the institute with modern IT hardware to support its medical and research activities. Items being procured: - Laptops - IT Accessories The bidding process is conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) following a single stage two envelope bidding procedure as per PPR-2014. Detailed specifications and terms & conditions are available in the bidding documents, which can be downloaded from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website (http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and the procuring agency's website (www.kemu.edu.pk). Bidders must be manufacturers, sole agents, or sole importers of foreign principals engaged in trading for conversion including fabrication, branding, and provision of medical equipment. They must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and with relevant registration authorities and tax departments. A 2% bid security of the estimated cost is required through the Bank of Punjab along with the technical proposal. The bid validity period is 180 days from the date of bid opening. The e-Bids will be opened on 08-10-2026 at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders' representatives at the Committee Room, NSICT&R Lahore. Hard copies of e-Bids are not required. The procuring agency is not responsible for any technical or internet failures during e-bidding. Interested bidders should ensure timely submission of bids via the Punjab e-Procurement System before the closing date and time. In case of official holidays on the opening day, the next working day will be considered for opening bids.
