Renewal of Licences for Fortinet Firewall, Sangfor Firewall (WAF), Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), and SSL Certificates at National University of Modern Languages Islamabad

The National University of Modern Languages (NUML) Islamabad invites sealed tenders for the renewal of critical IT security licences. The bidding process is conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0), ensuring transparency and compliance with PPRA Rule 36A. Bidders are required to register on EPADS v2.0 to participate. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a Bank Draft or Pay Order as specified in the tender documents. The scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded on EPADS, while the original must be submitted physically along with the sealed proposals. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 15,000/- in the form of Bank Draft/Pay Order must also be submitted to the office of the Director IT. The submission deadline is **8th October 2026 at 1100 Hrs**, with bid opening at 1130 Hrs on the same day in the presence of bidders.
