Procurement of Laptops for IT Infrastructure Wing and Various Projects of Punjab Information Technology Board

Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), Government of the Punjab, invites bids for procurement of laptops for its IT Infrastructure Wing and various projects under the code ITOPS-08 in Lahore. The procurement includes the following items: - Laptop Ultra 7 TMP (32 GB), Quantity: 10 - Laptop Ultra 7 TMP (16 GB), Quantity: 18 - Laptops Ultra 7 (14"), Quantity: 20 - Laptops Ultra 7, Quantity: 11 The total estimated cost for these laptops is Rs. 30,300,000. The procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, using a Single Stage - Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Tender documents are available for free download at www.pitb.gov.pk and www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Bidders must submit technical and financial bids separately, duly completed, signed, and stamped, through the Punjab E-Procurement System (eP) website https://ep.punjab.gov.pk by 1100 hours on 25 September 2026. Bids will be opened at 1130 hours on the same day as per PPRA rules. Bidders are advised to upload their bids well before the deadline to avoid any technical issues. Income and sales tax registration certificates and other required documents must accompany the bids. This tender requires bidders to be registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System.
