Procurement of Stationery, Computer Stationery, Printing & Publishing, IT Equipment, Furniture, Plant & Machinery under Annual Framework Contract 2026-27

The Skills Development & Entrepreneurship Department, Government of Punjab, Lahore, invites bids for procurement under an Annual Framework Contract for the Financial Year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Stationery - Computer Stationery - Other related items - Printing & Publishing - IT Equipment - Furniture - Plant & Machinery This procurement covers a wide range of goods essential for departmental operations and development. The tender will be processed in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, using a Single Stage - Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Bidders must submit two separate bids (Technical and Financial), duly signed and stamped, ensuring full compliance with the tender documents. Eligibility criteria include valid Income and Sales Tax Registration Certificates and other relevant documents duly signed and stamped by the head of the firm or company. Electronic bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/ before the closing date. The deadline for bid submission is 25th September 2026, with bids opening at 13:35 hours on the same day. Bids that are incomplete, unsigned, late, or submitted by any other mode than specified will be rejected. The Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per Rule-35 of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
