Supply of IT Equipment under University Budget 2026-27 at Muhammad Nawaz Shareef University of Agriculture Multan

Muhammad Nawaz Shareef University of Agriculture Multan invites all potential firms, authorized distributors, dealers, and suppliers registered for Income Tax and Sales Tax to submit their E-bids or proposals through the Punjab e-Procurement System for the purchase of IT Equipment under the University Budget 2026-27. The procurement will follow a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, on a DDP basis. Items being procured: - Lot I: IT Equipment estimated at Rs. 1,432,900 - Lot II: IT Equipment estimated at Rs. 5,436,800 - Lot III: IT Equipment estimated at Rs. 810,800 - Lot IV: IT Equipment estimated at Rs. 1,224,000 The scope includes supply of various IT equipment as per the detailed specifications available on the official procurement portals. Bidders must have established credentials in technical, financial, and managerial capabilities. The bid security required is 5% of the estimated cost of each lot. Bidding documents, terms, conditions, and specifications are available online at http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk and https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. The university will not be responsible for any cost or expense incurred in bid preparation or delivery. In case of an official holiday on the submission day, the next day will be treated as the closing date. The bids will be received and opened on 01-10-2026 at 11:00 AM and 11:30 AM respectively. The submission and opening will be conducted via the Punjab e-Procurement System.
