Procurement of Laundry Consumables and Laundry Services for SMBB Institute of Trauma Karachi and Satellite Trauma Centers in Sindh

The Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto Institute of Trauma (SMBBIT), Karachi, invites bids for the procurement of laundry consumables on a framework contract basis and provision of laundry services for its main facility and satellite trauma centers located across Sindh Province. This tender covers supply and service contracts for hospital laundry needs, ensuring hygienic processing of soiled linen in compliance with hospital infection control standards. Items being procured: - Heavy Duty Laundry Detergent Liquid (3075 Liters) - Washing Soap (3250 Liters) - Fabric Softener (2050 Liters) - Color Safe De-steiner - Liquid Bleach (5460 Liters) Additionally, outsourced laundry services are required for Trauma & Emergency Response Centre Larkana (T&ERCL) and Trauma & Emergency Response Centre Sukkur (T&ERCS) covering a wide range of hospital linen items such as adult patient suits in various sizes, bed sheets with hospital logo, hand towels, orthopedic gowns and pajamas, OT towels, patient curtains, pillow cases, scrub suits for different departments and sizes, stretcher sheets, thermal and woolen blankets, all in quantities of 1000 pieces or pairs each. The technical scope includes supply of chemicals compatible with Bio-Barrier Washer Extractors and provision of laundry services covering washing, drying, ironing, folding, and delivery with adherence to hospital hygiene standards. Bidders must be registered with EPADS SPPRA and comply with all tax and registration requirements. Performance security of 5% of the total bid price is mandatory. Tender fee of Rs. 5,000 is payable via pay order in favor of SMBBIT Karachi. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS SPPRA portal by the specified closing date.
