Procurement of Liveries for Support Staff

The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites bids for the procurement of liveries for its support staff in Lahore. Items being procured: - Liveries for IDAP Staff The procurement involves supplying quality liveries suitable for the support staff, ensuring durability and comfort for daily use. The scope includes the provision of all materials and tailoring required to meet the specifications set by IDAP. The procurement will be conducted under the Punjab e-Procurement System, ensuring transparency and compliance with PPRA Rules 2014 (amended up to date). Eligible bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and comply with all regulatory requirements including valid FBR registration and ATL status. Experience in supplying uniforms or similar textile products to government departments will be advantageous. The bid security required is PKR 150,000, and the estimated cost of the contract is PKR 4,500,000. The tender documents comprising technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System at ep.punjab.gov.pk by 17th August 2026 no later than 09:00 AM. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 09:30 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. In case the submission deadline falls on a public holiday, the next working day will be considered.
