Procurement of Load Balancer/WAF, Offline Backup Solution, and Existing HCI Warranty & Support Renewal

The Punjab Land Records Authority (PLRA) under the Project Implementation Unit (PIU) of the Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement (PULSE) Project invites bids for the procurement of critical IT infrastructure and support services in Lahore, Punjab. This procurement is financed by the World Bank and aims to enhance the urban land system through improved technology solutions. Items being procured: - Procurement of F5 Licenses and Appliance for Disaster Recovery (DR) - Procurement of Offline Backup (Tape Library) Solution - Procurement of HCI Warranty and Support Renewal The scope includes supply and installation of load balancer/WAF appliances, offline backup solutions, and renewal of warranty and support for existing Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI). Bidders must have relevant experience and provide bid security as specified for each lot: PKR 2,000,000 for F5 licenses and appliance, PKR 400,000 for offline backup solution, and PKR 1,000,000 for HCI warranty and support renewal. Bidding will be conducted through a Single Stage One Envelope method following the World Bank's Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers dated November 2020.
