The Law & Parliamentary Affairs Department Punjab invites E-Bids from manufacturers, authorized dealers, or sellers registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments including Income Tax and Sales Tax. Bidders must submit their bids online via the PPRA E-Procurement System and also physically submit bids at the Law & Parliamentary Affairs Department within the stipulated time. Items being procured: - Stationery (Rs. 6,107,000) - Printing (Rs. 5,669,000) - Cost of Other (Rs. 4,055,000) - Computer Stationery (Rs. 5,662,000) - Other (Rs. 5,087,000) - Entertainment & Gift (Rs. 7,500,000) - Purchase of Furniture (Rs. 1,000,000) - Purchase of Machinery (Rs. 2,500,000) - Purchase of I.T. Equipment (Rs. 1,000,000) The procurement includes brand new and original goods to be supplied and installed at the Civil Secretariat, Lahore at no additional cost within 15 days from the Purchase Order date. The price quoted must be inclusive of installation and commissioning. Bidders must submit a single package containing separate Technical and Financial bids, completed, signed, and stamped in conformity with the Tender Document, along with a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of 5% of the estimated price as earnest money in favor of Section Officer (General), Law & Parliamentary Affairs Department.
