Procurement of LP Medicine and Surgical Disposable Items for THQ Hospital Chishtian

The Medical Superintendent of THQ Hospital Chishtian invites e-Bids from manufacturers, sole agents, and sole importers of foreign principals registered on e-Procurement Punjab for the procurement of LP Medicine and Surgical Disposable Items for day-to-day and emergency use. Items being procured: - Local Purchase of Medicine & Surgical Disposable Items (Day to Day / Emergency) SSP This procurement is conducted under a single stage two envelope bidding procedure as per PPR-2014. The mode of procurement is DDP basis with warranty requirements specified in the technical specifications for each item. Bidders must be registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments. A bid security of up to 2% of the estimated cost must be provided in the form of Bank Draft, Bank Guarantee, or Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) issued by a bank as per Punjab government notification. The original bid security must be submitted before the e-Bid opening time alongside the technical proposal. The bid validity period is 120 days from the date of bid opening.
