Procurement of M2M 4G/2G SIM Cards and Connectivity for Advanced Metering Infrastructure Meters

The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites prequalification applications for the procurement of M2M 4G/2G SIM cards and connectivity services specifically designed for Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) meters. This procurement is part of an Open Framework Agreement to facilitate the on-demand supply of Telco Services at IESCO through subsequent Call-off Contracts with successful bidders. Items being procured: - M2M 4G SIM Cards - M2M 2G SIM Cards - Connectivity services for Advanced Metering Infrastructure Meters The scope includes providing reliable and secure telecommunication services to support the AMI meters infrastructure across IESCO's service area. The procurement aims to ensure continuous and efficient data communication for metering and monitoring purposes. Eligible applicants are national Telco companies fulfilling the eligibility criteria outlined in the prequalification documents. Interested parties must obtain the prequalification documents by submitting a written application and paying a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5000. The documents will be provided directly by the procuring agency, and applicants must submit their applications on the purchased documents. Applications must be submitted in clearly marked envelopes and delivered to the office of the Chief Engineer (MM), IESCO Head Quarter Sector G-7/4 Street #40, Islamabad, by 11:00 AM on 04.09.2026. Late submissions will be rejected. In case of holidays or strikes causing office closure, applications will be accepted on the next working day at the same time and venue.
