It also includes annual maintenance contracts for ACs, chillers, various ventilator models, dialysis machines, and installation of CCTV surveillance systems with control room setup. The contracts are for the hospital premises in Sargodha. Eligible bidders should have relevant PEC categories for medical and facility services, valid FBR registration, and proven experience in similar contracts. Earnest money of 2% of the estimated cost is required in the form of CDR, Demand Draft, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee with 100% encashment warranty. Bidders must submit technical and financial bids separately on the E-Procurement portal. The tender follows the Single Stage – Two Envelopes bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended). Bids must be submitted electronically by 05-08-2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM on the same day. Late bids will not be entertained. In case of a public holiday on the closing date, the next working day will be considered.
