Tender Description
Faisalabad Industrial Estate Development and Management Company (FIEDMC) invites applications for pre-qualification/Letter of Invitation (L.O.I) for the procurement of maintenance and repair works through a framework agreement under Procurement No. FIC-060. This tender is specifically for maintenance and repair works at the Faisalabad Industrial Estate, located in Faisalabad city, Punjab province.

The scope includes comprehensive maintenance and repair services to ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of the industrial estate infrastructure. The contract is expected to last six months from the signing date and may be extended by mutual consent. The estimated cost for this assignment is **PKR 151 Million**, inclusive of all applicable taxes.
Eligible applicants must comply with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended) and will be invited through a Request for Proposals (RFP) after pre-qualification. Applications must be submitted online via the Punjab E-Procurement portal (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) by **1100 hours on August 25, 2026**. Applications will be opened the same day at 1130 hours. No submissions via email, parcel, or by hand will be accepted.
