Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed tenders from reputed firms possessing NTN Certificates for the supply of material handling and storage equipment as detailed in Appendix A to Annex A. The procurement will be conducted under the rules of PPRA and MoDP. Bidders must submit a comprehensive set of documents including photocopy of registration, pre-qualification, or indexation letter issued by HIT, registration letter with government or semi-government organizations if applicable, attested copies of registration certificates issued by the Sales Tax Department, NTN certificate, audit reports for the last three financial years, bank statement for the last year, CNIC copies of CEO or Director, trade link proof between firm and OEM if distributor or agent, judicial certificate worth Rs 100 attested by Oath Commissioner confirming the firm is not blacklisted or defaulter, and details of contracts or works experience with government or semi-government organizations for the last three years. A postal order of Rs. 2000/- must be enclosed with the technical bid in favor of the Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila.
